There are few things I have knowledgeable over the past year of perfect Apple Watch Bodily process, and one of them is how to have a recovery day without breaking your physical exercise and bodily process streak.
Sometimes I think the Apple Watch fitness tracking is amazing.
And sometimes I spirit that my Apple Watch is trying to stamp out me.
For exercise… My November 2019 take exception is to get a total of 1,690 exercise minutes, which is an average of 56 proceedings every single day. All but double my normal goal. No thanks.

Along the Apple See there are several default workout types, but all of them are active. (Well, walk and yoga could be a bit on the pall side.)
But there are also about 60 more workout types that are buried inside the Other workout option.
One of those buried exercising types is called Mind and Body. A couple of months agone when I discovered the Mind and Consistence workout type, I began using it on my recovery days.
I would embark on the physical exertion and and then take 15-30 minutes to pose in subdued without any digital devices close. Sometimes I will have a book to read, or I leave spend the time in personal prayer and meditation, or just sit in quiet.
And so I am still being intentional therewith time — I am using it for quiet reflection — but I am not doing an extreme or active workout.
Is this Two-timing?
Nope! For me, it is a very fair-and-square and legit fashio to stay intentional well-nig my wellness and my good condition patc also being realistic about the fact that I get into't wishing to do an exquisite workout every exclusive twenty-four hours of my life evermor and ever until I exit.
What's extraordinary about having a recovery day workout is that I still get the motivation and momentum of keeping my workout streak going patc also getting the benefits of a convalescence and relief day.
The recovery day helps me keep goin going during the other years of the week. I'm able to take a develop without breaking my streak, so to speak.
The Apple Watch is pretty corking for tracking and managing your wellness and physical fitness. I'm improbably appreciative for how much it has helped me over the long time. But the more I use it, the more I also understand that it does still have a long way to go.
If I felt that I had to continually push myself far and further and further, eventually you throne't go any further. Merely the Apple Watch will never secern you that.
In fact, I've come to to be more and more thankful for this workout typecast. Because, by starting a Mind and Body exercising for 15 minutes, I'm actively doing something: I am being willful with my wellness.
